Unleashing the power of the phenomenal women entails a whole new mindset  that breaks the barrier that has long banished women from being at the fore of decision making. This is the vision of a peer network group called I-WIL-B  (Inspiring Women in Leadership and Business) launched in 2014 in association with the North West Business Forum and their Women in Business Botswana.

In recent time we have witnessed a transition of women aspirations growing from simply being the home maker to more of a relentless heroine who wants to bring their best self to changing a small part of their world. I-WIL-B Seminar is an annual gathering of some of these phenomenal  women who have sought to seek their highest esteem through personal mastery. A small group of participants are treated to a unique combination of work and play like no other.
